Would you like a career in Hospitality? At Russo School of Hotel & Tourism we specialise in the delivery of up to date accredited and non-accredited hospitality training. Our hospitality courses concentrate on developing international quality service standards.
We provide a swiss style of hospitality training, which means there is a balanced approach focusing on theoretical knowledge, practical skill and industry experience. Our current Industry Placement Program is developed as an integral part of coursework studies for students. The Program is strongly supported by major internationally recognised hotels such as the Stamford Plaza Brisbane and Hilton Hotel Brisbane.

- Resort & Spa Management
What person wouldn't like to be introduced to this fun and practical part of business? This is an activity-based program, aimed at introducing students to the importance of client relationships. Aimed to give a broad overview of resort and spa management, the program will equip managers with the general knowledge to manage a business, and take full advantage of the surrounding resort and spa facilities. This 40 hour specialist area is designed to be conducted as an additional non-accredited component to the existing selection of Diploma courses including Diploma in Business, Diploma in Tourism Management, Diploma in Hotel Management and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management. On completion you will receive a Certificate of Achievement outlining the areas covered.
- Sports Events Management
Are you a sports fanatic? With this interesting spin on event management, this program emphasises the skills and knowledge required to be involved in events of a sporting nature. Aimed to give abroad overview of the events industry and how it operates, the program will equip managers with the general knowledge to organise a sporting event. This 40 hour specialist area is designed to be conducted as an additional non-accredited component to the existing selection of Diploma courses including Diploma in Business, Diploma in Tourism Management, Diploma in Hotel Management and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management. On completion you will receive a Certificate of Achievement outlining the areas covered.
- Wine Tourism Management
With a practical, fun and activity based focus, this program emphasises the skills and knowledge required to offer tourism advice on wine regions, wine styles and varieties and cellar operations. Aimed to give a broad overview of the wine industry and how it operates, the program will equip you with the general knowledge to manage a business, and take full advantage of the surrounding wine tourism opportunities. This 40 hour specialist area is designed to be conducted as an additional non-accredited component to the existing selection of Diploma courses including Diploma in Business, Diploma in Tourism Management, Diploma in Hotel Management and Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management. On completion you will receive a Certificate of Achievement outlining the areas covered.
