- Orientation Program
Our Orientation program aids managers, new staff and current staff members who are moving into new roles, to become productive in a shorter period of time. It aims to provide staff with the knowledge and skills they need when they need it and covers the probationary period (0 - 3 months) of a staff member's employment.
- Staff Learning & Development Program
We offer an extensive menu of professional, procedural and external training and are responsible for the full co-ordination and in most cases facilitation of your career training requirements. This co-ordination includes arranging your travel, training bookings, facilities, catering, certification and invoicing.

- 'Reach for the Stars' Awards Program
Each month there are fantastic awards to be won not to mention the recognition you will receive for your contribution to the Sarina Russo Group on a state level. Based on our corporate values, each month we collate nominations from Managers and Heads of Departments for Team Player of the Month, Outstanding External Customer Service of the Month and Office of the Month.
- Staff Social Club
All staff members are encouraged to join and take part in the Sarina Russo Group Social Club, which regularly conducts a variety of fun, social events such as race days, barefoot bowls, twilight tenpin bowling and trivia nights.
