SRJA’s principal office is located at the Sarina Russo Plaza at 349 Queen Street in Brisbane. SRJA also has offices in Queensland and Victoria
All sites are open for a minimum of standard office hours 8.30am to 5.30 pm and we also have the provision for flexible opening hours to meet the demands of local business and certain groups of job seekers.
We ensure ease of access to our services by:
- publicising an easy-to-use and remember 13 phone number (13 15 59)
- locating premises on major public transport routes;
- providing clients with self help facilities (touch screens, phones, PCs in public areas); and
- making appropriate use of IT, e.g. ISDN IES/Internet access, SRJA job seeker and employer database linked to all offices, electronic registration and an interactive website.
SRJA has invested heavily in a policy of establishing high quality, conveniently located, ground floor premises with architect designed layout and corporate fittings. This provides a highly professional service environment for staff and clients. This quality commitment extends through all areas of the company, including corporate dress standards, client handling procedures, complaint, and ongoing client feedback mechanisms.
The majority of SRJA sites also have modern training rooms with computer facilities that can be used for group interviews, testing and computer-based induction programs. These facilities will enable use of SRJA intranet for induction and other training programs. The use of intranet will facilitate single point loading and updating of training material.
