What Employers want in Jobseekers
This is the million dollar question. If you knew the answer you wouldn’t still be looking for a job. Sometimes employers don’t even know what they want. But if you can link your qualities to their needs and make the link obvious in an interview, letter or resume, you will have a much higher chance of gaining employment with them.
Take your top five qualities and write them below. Now think about what benefit that quality would be to you if you were an employer.
