This position involves assisting these jobseekers with multiple non-vocational and vocational barriers, to improve their capacity to re-enter the workforce.

Work experience can be a major barrier to getting some jobseekers back into the workforce. Your role as a Work Experience Co-coordinator will be to help jobseekers gain relevant experience in their chosen field prior, or while, seeking permanent employment. This will include:
- Providing advice and assistance to our Employment Consultants on all matters relating to work experience programs
- Establish and build relationships with local community groups and employers
- Monitor performance and activity of candidates during the work experience program
- Support candidates to ensure maximum participation, attendance and completion
